The short version
Ray Okonkwo, NASM-CPT, running coach, and the guy writing most of what’s on this site. I coached endurance athletes for a decade before I noticed that half the questions my male clients were actually asking had nothing to do with marathon splits — they were about stamina of a different kind.
That’s what this site is for. The same training principles that build aerobic capacity for a 10K happen to build the capacity you care about in the bedroom. I’m just putting both sides of that together in one place.
How I decide what’s worth writing about
I’ll write about something once I’ve found:
- A plausible physiological mechanism (usually cardiovascular, hormonal, or pelvic floor)
- At least one decent human study — ideally a meta-analysis
- A training protocol that’s actually doable for someone with a job
If all three aren’t there, I’ll say so in the article. The wellness industry survives on confident claims about thin evidence, and I’d rather lose your trust by being honest than keep it by being slick.
What I don’t do
No supplement affiliate codes. No “one weird trick.” No “boost your testosterone 400% with these 5 foods” headlines. If a shortcut worked, it would already be in your doctor’s office.
Not medical advice
I’m a coach, not a physician. Anything you read here is general information. Sudden changes in stamina, erections, or libido are worth a doctor’s visit — they can be early signals of cardiovascular issues, and those are fixable when caught early.
